February 2026

It’s February, the weather has been so lovely and warm, and we have selected some perfect wines to sip in the sunshine!

Love is in the air all month long, and these wines will enhance any social gathering or romantic evening.

We hope you enjoy these wines as much as we do!

Le Babbler rosé

Fun and fancy free - Le Babbler is meant to inspire one to babble on and on about anything that brings joy. The wine comes from Château Lauduc, owned by the Grandeau family for four generations. The vineyards and winery are just ten kilometers from downtown Bordeaux in the Entre-Deux-Mers region. The winery is certified sustainable and organic. The vines average 35 years-old and are grown in limestone clay, siliceous, and gravel soils that give the wine a lot of freshness and balance. Once harvested at their best maturity, the vinification is handled in the modern cellar with thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks used to extract soft tannins and deep color, respecting the fruits’ true expression.

Grape: 80% Cabernet Franc, 20% Merlot

Region: Bordeaux

Farming: From limestone-clay and gravel soils on the hillside of Tresses & Yvrac Certified Sustainable. Vinified with little oxygen contact to maximize freshness and aged in stainless steel tanks for three to four months.

Pairings: We love this wine paired with grilled chicken, a simple pasta with fresh tomato sauce, prosciutto and melon, or a tasty charcuterie board!

Cormorant Cellars Gamay

Translucent ruby hue in the glass, the nose offers vibrant aromas of red berries, particularly raspberry and cherry, complemented by subtle floral undertones. Light-bodied and refreshing on the palate, with bright acidity and flavors of juicy red fruits, leading to a clean, crisp finish.

Cormorant Cellars Gamay is a natural red wine from the Arroyo Seco appellation in Monterey County, California. The vineyard benefits from a cool climate and well-drained soils, which are ideal for cultivating Gamay grapes. Fermentation occurs in small containers; the wine is aged in neutral vessels to maintain its fresh character. Bottling is done without fining or filtration, aligning with the winery's Old World-style, natural winemaking.

Grape: Gamay

Region: Monterey County

Farming: Organic

Pairings: This versatile wine pairs well with grilled poultry, charcuterie, and light pasta dishes.
