Attia in Sicilian dialect means to you! A light white obtained from short maceration on the skins and aged in steel. Easy-drinking wine, fresh and lighthearted. 

This skin-macerated white wine, comes from old-vine Chasselas, a French/Swiss varietal that grows beneath Mt. Etna's active lava flows. Savory and salty like the sea, this wine is light-bodied, richly textured and full of minerality.

Grape: old-vine Chasselas

Region: Sicily, Italy

Farming: Short skin maceration. Spontaneous fermentation in steel.

Pairings: Drink with sushi, crudo or practically any fresh seafood.

 

Domaine Mont de Marie Anatheme VDF Red

A light, fresh and juicy Languedoc red made from Carignan & Aramon—with Mediterranean herb undertones, natural vinification, and pure energy. A glou-glou crowd-pleaser.

Light, fresh & juicy natural red with crunchy fruit & herbal finish.

Grape: Carignan, Aramon

Region: Gard, France

Farming: Organic, hand harvested, and works with minimal intervention in the cellar

Pairings: Charcuterie, tomato-based dishes, grilled vegetables, tapas, light meats

 

Mas Mellet Pari Finesse Coistieres des Nimes Red

A juicy yet robust expression of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan grown on the slopes of Southern Rhône. Aromatic and approachable while maintaining depth, and fruity enough to cut through a multitude of rich and salty flavored dishes.

Bright plum, dried sage, and rose petals. Firm tannins provide an overall structure to ripe fruit and intriguing herb flavors.

Grape: grenache, syrah, carignan

Region: Rhone, France

Farming: Organic and biodynamic

Pairings: Juicy burgers, carne asada fries, and rich barbecue sauces
