Leiner Handwerk Riesling Trocken
Trocken is the German word for dry, meaning not sweet. A crisp, mineral-driven white with vibrant notes of green apple, lemon, and citrus.
Leiner is a family business located in the southern Pfalz region of Germany. For over 40 years their passion and dedication has kept them going. In 2005 they went fully Organic, and in 2011 they applied and received their Demeter certification for Biodynamics.
Best served ice-cold and pairs perfectly with holiday cuisines - turkey, ham, and rich cheeses. It is the perfect addition to any holiday festivities, and it’s a full liter which is great for parties and entertaining!
Grape: Riesling 100%
Region: Pfalz, Germany
Farming: Biodynamic estate vineyards, hand harvested
Winery: Fermented with wild yeast and aged in stainless, unfined/unfiltered
Bellande, Pinot Noir Willamette Valley
Bellande showcases the magic of Oregon Pinot Noir without breaking the bank. It is a collaborative project between star winemaker Brianne Day and distributor Bowler Wines. The grapes are from thoughtfully-farmed vineyards and the wine is made with minimal intervention to achieve a pure, unadulterated expression of fruit. It is fresh and light with aromas of wild raspberry, rose and violet, and flavors of crunchy red fruit, floral tones and a mineral core.
This wine pairs beautifully with any holiday meal - from the turkey to the stuffing to the cranberry sauce and pecan pie! We will definitely be enjoying lots of this wine this holiday season!
Grape: Pinot Noir 100%
Region: Willamette Valley, Oregon
Farming: Organic and sustainable, some biodynamic fruit
Winery: Fermented with native yeasts and matured in neutral French oak
