    What you will do

    • Learn about and confidently talk about our rotating wine, beer, and spirits selection

    • Help customers choose wines and assist with Wine Club selections and tastings

    • Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and create a welcoming experience

    • Help with in-store events and wine tastings

    • Prepare simple coffee orders for afternoon customers

    • Operate the Toast POS, answer phones, and assist with checkout

    • Restock products and keep the shop clean, organized, and looking great

    We’re Looking For Someone Who

    • Has experience in wine, beverage, hospitality, or food & beverage sales

    • Has a genuine interest in wine and enjoys learning

    • Is friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with customers

    • Has strong customer service and sales skills

    • Is reliable, organized, and able to multitask

    • Is comfortable working weekend afternoons/evenings

    • Is 21+ years old

    About the Role

    We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Sales Associate to join our team! This is a great role for someone with barista experience and an interest in learning more about wine!

    What You’ll Do

    • Greet customers and provide friendly service

    • Operate the POS and accurately process payments

    • Prepare and serve coffee

    • Assist customers with wine, grocery, and specialty product selections

    • Restock shelves, refrigerators, and displays

    • Receive and organize deliveries

    • Keep the shop clean, organized, and looking great

    • Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and store policies

    • Help with opening and closing duties

    • Jump in wherever needed and be a team player

    We’re Looking For Someone Who

    • Has at least 1 year of barista, customer service, or hospitality experience

    • Has basic barista skills and is comfortable preparing coffee drinks

    • Has some knowledge or interest in wine and is excited to learn more

    • Is friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with customers

    • Is reliable, organized, and able to multitask

    • Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a small team

    • Is 21+ years old

    About the Role

    We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Cashier / Shop Associate to join our team! You’ll help create a welcoming experience for our regulars, neighbors, and visitors.

    The role is a mix of customer service, cashiering, stocking, and keeping the shop looking its best. We’re looking for someone personable, attentive, and easy to work with.
